Our Story

The name "BOM" means "Spring" in Korean. Inspired by the season that follows Edmonton's long, cold winters, it represents new beginnings, warmth, and hope. At BOM, our goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone—family, friends, couples, and coworkers—can gather around the table and enjoy a memorable meal together.

BOM was born from a simple idea: dining should be enjoyable, not stressful. Instead of worrying about what to order, you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience featuring fresh hot pot ingredients, handcrafted sushi, and delicious desserts—all in one place.

BOM은 에드먼튼 다운타운에 위치한 K-Hot Pot & Sushi 레스토랑입니다. 'BOM'은 한국어로 '봄(Spring)'을 의미합니다. 에드먼튼의 길고 추운 겨울 끝에 찾아오는 봄처럼, 새로운 시작과 희망의 의미를 담았습니다. 누구와 함께 방문하더라도 모두가 만족하고 편안하게 식사를 즐길 수 있는 공간을 만드는 것이 BOM의 철학입니다. BOM은 "무엇을 먹을지 고민하지 않는 식당"이라는 생각에서 시작되었습니다. 한 가지 메뉴를 선택해야 하는 부담 없이, 신선한 재료로 만드는 핫팟과 스시, 그리고 디저트까지 모두 무제한으로 즐길 수 있도록 준비했습니다. 좋은 음식은 사람들을 하나로 이어줍니다.
